This shirt aims at reminding you to not get lost in thinking about the past and the future. Get out of your head for a while. Cherish the present moment. Simply be conscious of your surroundings, use your senses to immerse yourself in presence. Breathe and let thoughts come and go, don't identify with them, observe them. Of course you can present on your own. We just liked the idea of spending time with your friends and finding connection to the present moment through shared time.
